Terms Of Service

General

  • Work will begin only when payment has been made.

  • The artwork is for personal use and not subject to commercial use rights. However, this point can be negotiated for such use before the payment.

  • I hold the rights over my artwork, which means, I’m allowed to post it on my social media, and will always be the original creator of the art piece.

  • Please credit me if you post on your social media.

  • I have the right to sign and/or watermark my own work.

  • I only accept commissions from people over 18 years of age or who have reached the age of majority under the current legislation of their country of origin.

  • No modifications are allowed once the work is finished if you have already approved the WIPs, and it is strictly PROHIBITED to modify my drawings either by editing them or for purposes other than those granted by the personal license or those covered by these terms of service.

  • DO NOT resell the commission.

  • Commissions CANNOT be used or sold as cryptocurrency, NFTs, or AI training.

♦ Complex OC mechas without proper references

Payment and Comunication

  • I work with 100% prepayment. But if the price go too high, can split 50% prepayment and 50% at almost the end of the work.

  • I accept payments in USD via PayPal and CLP transfer (for Chile only)

  • I only start working after you paid and agree with the TOS, I work in an order of the slots list.

  • The sketch will be sent during the first week after it has been paid. Subsequently, once the sketch is entirely approved, one work in progress (WIP) will be sent per week, and the final product will be completed within 2-3 weeks after the sketch's approval.

  • I reserve the right to livestream or record the creation of the artwork, unless a privacy fee is payed (10% - private addon).

  • TAT is 3 to 4 weeks, it may take to 2 months for complicated requests. The time can be shorter or longer depending on: Character complexity, your modifications, schedule or any external delays.

  • My time zone corresponds to UTC -4 (Chile) so keep that in mind for communication.

  • During the sketching process, the client has the option to make 3 significant changes to the artwork.

  • During rendering, the client has the option for 1 change, which cannot be significant (e.g., color change, texture change, etc.).

  • The final product is sent in a digital file only.

  • References MUST be clear and specific. Images are preferred, but text is okay as long as it's cleanly described (I am not a native speaker).

  • The illustration prices are only for finished character designs, not descriptions. If you want to order a Ref character sheet commission and afterward an illustration, please let me know in advance.

  • You are allowed to cancel the commission at any time BEFORE payment.

  • If the artwork is fully paid for and cancellation is desired after 24 hours, 50% of the cost will be refunded via PayPal. Taxes and/or PayPal fees will be borne by the client, meaning they won’t receive the full 50% of the artwork cost (PayPal charges a 5.4% fee for receiving money).
